The Sandhurst Civic Association is a voluntary organization that works to encourage and maintain a sense of community within our neighborhood. As a civic group, we may act as a collective voice for issues that affect us as residents of Charleston, SC. As stated in the bylaws, Sandhurst Civic Association is non-sectarian, non-partisan, and non-political.
